When people hear “duplex” they often think “investment property”, and while this is true, we at the Brent Foley Team would like you to think of “duplex” in a totally different way.
Getting into the market as a first time buyer can often be difficult, but what if you could get into the market and have a little help paying your mortgage payment? That’s where our duplexes come in.

As a first time buyer, purchasing a duplex may be the best way to get into the market. You can live in the basement and rent the main floor(s) which will garner a higher amount of rental income, and often times, is more than enough to cover your monthly expenses.
